The Wharf Revue

Tuesday, 6 October 2009 - Wednesday, 7 October 2009

Lismore City Hall

1 Bounty Street, Lismore, New South Wales, 2480, Australia

Cost: Ticket prices are adult $47, concession $38 and under 18 $21

In 2009, Sydney's most popular annual dose of razor-sharp satire, The Wharf Revue, returns for its tenth year. Join the outrageously talented team led by Jonathan Biggins, Drew Forsythe and Phillip Scott as they continue to make us laugh at ourselves and each other.

The Wharf Revue is always a hot ticket, so we encourage you to secure your tickets early!

"The Wharf Revue (and I speak on behalf of the entire collective) is thrilled to be opening in Lismore, the political nerve centre of Australia, if not the Southern Hemisphere, with the possible exception of Dunedin. Mungo Macallum came and saw us at the Star Court Theatre - how much more political can you get? My ex theatrical agent was also there, a heady mix of showbusiness and the press gallery that made the night so memorable. But I remember the rest of the audience being equally appreciative so we're looking forward to a world premiere in 2009. Can someone please alert Mungo - ooh, and isn't George Negus somewhere in the area?" Jonathon Biggins.

"Thank goodness for the cheeky, witty goofiness of The Wharf Revue which, after years of unapologetic silliness and political satire, shows no signs of slowing down." The Daily Telegraph.

Ticket prices are adult $47, concession $38 and under 18 $21. For more information, please contact the NORPA Box Office on 1300 066 772 or visit www.norpa.org.au.
